The technician was very professional...zero complaints! I wasn't, however, real happy with the results. I'm not sure if my expectations were too high or the products used were not strong enough. The tech was able to get two dark areas out of the rug but did not get the coffee stains out (maybe enough elbow grease wasn't used???). The tech was not able to provide any results with the upholstery cleaning. I was also not happy with the tile cleaning...I could not see any difference in the grout color...I had one patch of concern and the cleaning provided zero results (tech did do a good job on the shower though).

The scheduling process and billing were fantastic. Everyone was very professional. Ultimately, I would not use the service again because of the results. I would probably use another company just to compare since I didn't really know what to expect.

The gentleman we got was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding his work. We would definitely have him to clean our house again.

The shower still had soap scum on it and the tech admitted he didn't get it all. The tiles in the bathroom were streaky. There is still a stain on the carpet in the bedroom. Given all this, it makes me think the job was poorly done. It was an inconvenience having Zerorez come (rearrange schedule, have door open on a cold day, etc.) and there was no benefit to me. I paid a lot of money and didn't get what I expected or hoped for. I have asked a manager to call me but no one has. I don't want another tech to come out as the job done was poor and I don't want to go through this all over again. Could a manager please call me?
