I had a great experience with Zerorez! My tech, Ramy, was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was also a vey conscientious
and hard-working. He called when he was on his way, was on time and once we discussed what I wanted done, he went to work and never stopped until the whole job was complete. I find this kind of worker rare in this day and age and all was greatly appreciated. Zerorez was less expensive than their well-known competitors and when I called for an appointment, they were here the next day. I would have had to wait over a week for the other company. And we were very, very happy with the end result!!!

Branson did an otstanding job! We prepared for his visit by vaccuming and he did the best job of carpet cleaninng. He removed all the pet stains and my house now looks and smells so fresh. His work was exemplary!

I asked to see a small area of my area rug cleaned before I commit to the whole rug. 8x10. Wasn't sure if it was worth the money or just replace. I stayed out of way for worker to do rooms etc. Then notified all done including area rug. It didn't come out well and would not have done it if I saw that it was not going to clean well. Too late so I payed for something that I stated I would like to see a test spot first. Worker was a very nice person although.

The guys were professional and friendly. Did a fabulous job for the areas that they had to work with in our Corporate Office. Some wear and tear, but stains I thought would never come out and DID! Very pleased.
