Jacob was very courteous, polite, and did a great job. We were also very appreciative of him getting the price lowered based on the actual amount of carpet in the house that needed to be cleaned. Please put in our file that we would like to have Jacob assigned to any future jobs at the house. The carpet and chair were cleaned beyond expectations.

From the person that answered my phone call and made my appointment to the minute Felton finished the job, the service was outstanding. Felton was extremely knowledgeable about the services offered, their prices and what products were used on different stains. His personality only made my experience with ZeroRez even better. My carpets looked unexpectedly beautiful! I added my 2 loveseats on at the end and am very pleased with the outcome. I have 2 cats and new puppies. After the services,my house looked and smelled so fresh. I will use ZeroRez again and will definite recommend it to others!
