Quality service and we had a great associate
Your company has been friendly and has great communication with clients. Unfortunately, my sofa looks worse than before we started. I was told that it is the fabrics reaction to the cleaning solution. One of two stains came out, a portion of the sofa is a different color, luckily the bottom cushions cover most of uneven color. The tech camevout a second time and re treated, same results. Disappointing.

The product does not have an odor and dries quickly. There is not a stiff feel to the carpet afterward. We were able to make an appointment quickly, and the service provider was friendly and very respectful to our home. He answered my questions and offered other services that the company provides. It was a very positive experience.
Ramiro was careful and efficient in completing the duct cleaning. Ramiro did an excellent job! His assistant was also helpful.

We just had a wonderful experience with Zerorez Technician "Eddie"! He met all the checklist! Was very personable, extremely courteous, paid attention to detail, advised of all services offered by Zerorez, and delivered a beautiful result!! Our job was a small amount of carpet cleaning, and what a beautiful result!! After hearing ther other services offered by Zerorez, we are considering the Duct Cleaning service!! Our rating - 5 STARS to the company and Eddie gets 5 STARS just because of his service and heart!!

The fact that your cleaning services work would have been good enough. Not only did they work well on clearing some spots from our carpets, I was greeted with the warmest, most professional employee of yours. His name is Kendall and I truly feel that he went above and beyond in his duties. He was very professional in his duties while being ultra attentive and explaining the entire process of the cleaning to me. The standard you guys are setting for your employees is amazing and should be mimicked throughout the country.
J'Morlyn was very friendly and helpful yesterday in cleaning the furniture and the rug and the bathroom. He we s very thorough and professional.
We have three cats and a dog, and we had three carpeted bedrooms cleaned. Every room smelled so good when it was done. Our tech, Lou, was very professional and efficient, which we learned from a previous visit. We will be regular customers from here on in, and I have already recommended Zerorez to some friends and co-workers.
