The communication between your company and customers is fabulous! Unfortunately, the stain on the sofa is still there and now there is additional discoloration. The sofa looks worse, not better. I phoned this morning to have you come out again and are scheduled on Monday.

Zerorez is a great company and I highly recommend them. Jacob was the rep who came to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, friendly, clean uniform and professional. Jacob explained the procedure and knew his product. I had my wood floors cleaned and my velvet furniture vacuumed. My floors and furniture look brand new. Thank you so much!!

The way the carpet is cleaned does not promote residue buildup. My carpets always look like new even though they are years old. I have always received excellent customer service. This company goes beyond the call of duty!

Both techs sent out were friendly. First tech that came out did an okay job. Jacob was sent out for a re-clean today, 1/2/23 and did a great job and he was very thorough. The reason for the 2 has nothing to do with Jacob (I would give him a 10), I do not believe upholstery cleaning is your area of expertise. We were ready to completely rip out the carpet, but decided to try Zerorez first. They came in and got rid of the old pet smell! Smells like brand new.carpet now
Josh was friendly but service is always so fast and still have a main spot so not sure how clean your company is cause this is the third year so believe NOT the guys faults just maybe the way you train them & maybe cause your too huge of a company may do more research …

My carpet looks amazing. Never has it looked so good after being cleaned. Eric did a fabulous job and made sure I was completely happy with the result before he left. My leather is very light and Eric did a test spot before proceeding and I am glad he did. It would not have met my expectations so I decided not to have it cleaned. Apparently, color transfer from jeans will not completely come out and I so appreciate Eric's honesty. I would not have been happy. I will not hesitate to recommend Zero Rez to my friends.
