Hi! This review is for Jake Poindexter. This review is for Jake's awesome job that he did in my house yesterday. I needed carpet cleaning in 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs and tile and grout cleaning throughout the entire bottom floor. I couldn't have asked for a better technician! Jake did it by himself in a timely manner! Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. He underpromised and overdelivered. We bought our house as new construction in 2019 and we've never deep cleaned our tile and carpet since so you can imagine it needed it badly. We had also just painted inside our entire house so we had some paint spots on the floor. Jake was able to get them all cleaned and our house is looking new again! I give Jake 10 out of 10!!

great professional cleaning my carpet.

I thank God for Russell coming in a timely manner; he did a good job with cleaning the portion of carpet that I had visible. I was not able to move much of the furniture, but Russell was not disturbed and proceeded to leave my carpet presentable.
Note: My carpet was dryer than I thought it would be; and I am glad that he recommended the scotch guard.

I especially thank him for rescuing me from the snake that was near my garage.

Tech was on time, friendly and worked quickly. Carpet looks great.

The last service technician did a great job. We have had Zerorez clean our carpets for years. Only the last tech did a great job. He was the best.

This was our second use of your carpet cleaning services. The first on was perfect. This time around the cleaning left strips in the carpet. We have light color carpet, looked like we had tiger stripes when the carpet dried.

I am grateful you came back out after we were dissatisfied with the initial work. The team on the second visit was very professional and attentive. Thank you for such good care
