Your representative was great. Very knowledgeable and explained various pet problems with my carpet. He noticed things that i overlooked.
Carpets look great and the pricing was fair.
I use Zerorez twice a year and never been disappointed.

We were very pleased with our services Wednesday. Russell was personable and took great care in our home. The carpets are clean and look refreshed. The icing on the cake is how great the sofa and chair look after the cleaning.

Zerorez tech Jake was fantastic! He called me prior to his arrival to confirm our appointment time. He did a great job on the cleaning of the carpet as well as tile. Would recommend him to family and friends!

Your technician Morgan McGee did a great job. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets and tile in our church sanctuary and lobby. The price was very reasonable also. I will definitely recommend his services and your company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The floors are sticky with residue left any many areas. There are a ton of streaks and circles. Pictures were sent. A new appointment is scheduled for tomorrow.

Zerorez was great!!! Eddie Chapman did a fantastic job. Our carpets were dry in two hours and are so much brighter!!! Worth every penny and the price was actually less than I expected.
