Anthony truly did an amazing job. I had my tile cleaned first an then requested he come back out to clean my carpet/rugs. I am so impressed with the work, the friendliness, and the courteousy of Anthony. Zerorez's customer services is a 10 out of 10 as well. They stand behind their work and strive to make sure the customer is pleased with the work. 100%!! If you need work that they do, I highly recommend Zerorez.

We like the zero residue of your products. Jake Poindexter did a fantastic job on our carpets They look brand new. He went over and above board to make sure everything was the best it could be. We liked his personality and his willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely ask for him again when the carpet needs it. In our opinion he is your #1 employee. I wish all would be like him.

Kevin was very pleasant and helpful with moving some items out of the way before cleaning my carpet. I really needed someone to help me as I am being treated for a health condition couldn’t do it myself.
I like the nice fresh smell after the carpet was cleaned and Kevin did a great job but I discovered a few areas that got missed. I would like for someone to get these areas cleaned as well.

You fit me on the schedule right away to accommodate my need to get the floors and sofa cleaned before our company arrived for the weekend to celebrate our daughter's engagement. The technician was able to get stubborn stains out. He was knowledgeable and not in a rush to brush over a problem but solve it. Floors and sofa look great.

when the employee cleaned the sofa and chairs he used a spray bottle to wet the fabric . This spray worked fine on the fabric and everything turned out clean and fresh. Now it seems the over spray has left a film on the wood floor. Now there is a dull sticky film on the floor. When I walk a cross the room I leave foot prints and it sounds sticky.
Next time they will have to cover the floor or take the furniture out side.
I loved how honest Cameron was about the expectations of the cleaning. It’s so nice to have a honest person explaining the cleaning process. He was top notch! Very happy with my service!
