We were very happy with the great job Cody did cleaning our sofa/loveseat and carpet on the stairs. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and went straight to work. We were very happy with the process and the results. We will definitely call Zerorez the next time we need cleaning of upholstery or carpet done. We also liked that no harsh chemicals were part of the process. Our rooms feel so clean.
