Zerorez did a great job. From the lady I talked with to set up service, the company staying in contact with me leading up to day they were coming. Phone call as the young man was on the way. Jacob was our technician that cleaned our carpets. Well mannered, well spoken and clean cut young man. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 3rd time i used their services, for carpet cleaning for my home and office and most recently duct work cleaning and they inspected the AC and offered suggestions. I had them clean the coils while onsite. Great decision! The office called to advise of the time slot for arrival. No soon after the tech called and advised they were on the way. Nice, clean and friendly crew. I highly recommend Zerorez!

This is my first experience with Zerorez. I’ve always used Stanley Steemer. My experience with them is they would pre-treat areas of concern before cleaning. We showed the technician which areas might be troublesome. He cleaned them first and said he was finished. Some areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. We pointed them out and then he got his spray and treated them. That worked much better. I honestly can say that the process/machinery just extracts the dirt better with Stanley. We were left with a very strong odor which was very uncomfortable for my husband on chemo.
So, a lot of money, some results but not great and a lingering odor equal why we won’t be using your company again. The technician was very nice and went over what we asked him to do. But I feel he could’ve saved us all time had he done things in the right order.

Our person was named eric he was on time and very professional. he was in and out and even showed my five year old son the equipment and told him what he was using and how it works. My five year old was asking a ton of questions and he was so polite while answering them. I would recommend your company to anyone the carpets were cleaned very nice and smelled amazing. there were a couple of stains that I did not think were going to come out but sure enough they came out great and the carpet looks brand new. I had a great experience with the company even making a appointment the lady on the phone was so polite and professional. I can not thank you guys enough for the amazing customer service and the clean carpets lol.

Even though I don’t know what products were used, they worked on my carpet. I’m very pleased with the results from shampooing. The gentleman was also very capable, knowledgeable, and caring. I would love to have him as my technician again in the future.
