They were able to not only clean some of my carpets as planned, but they also showed me that they can save others that I previously thought would need to be replaced. we were informed upon arrival that the cleaning would cost an additional $200 since human urine was involved. We used your company numerous times before and never had to pay this additional amount. This was passed along to the technician via the dispatcher and i felt sorry for him as he tried to explain the additional charge. It made no sense but we felt we were held hostage since the carpet cleaning was necessary. I can no longer recommend or use your company as a result.

The tech was more interested in selling additional services via the dispatcher. I sensed he was new and needed a push from the office to sell more products. He did an excellent job of cleaning but he was uncomfortable in the salesman role.

THE TECH WAS HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB. RUG WAS NOT TO DAMP AND DRIED QUICK.

A clean and neat process for all services I have used. In addition the professionalism and friendliness adds to the services provided. They don't do anything until they discuss it with you first. Very respectful.

The tile floors sparkle, most remarkably, the high traffic areas! The carpet looks new, even the"puppy spots"! No wear path up the stairs!

The tech was great. On time, he was very clean and respectful. Did a great job. On cleaning three rooms of carpet and the kitchen tile grout.
Did notice a little damage to the bottom of the cabinets where he used a scrub brush but nothing noticeable to the necked eye unless you look. Definitely would recommend them. We use them every year and always satisfied.
