Company Customer Service is excellent and they stand behind their product.
The employee was really nice — the job was just not what I expected for the price. He did not lift up the cushions to clean in between so there was still dirt in between the cushions. He also cleaned the rug in less than 5 minutes so I’m not sure how clean it actually is. The stained area is lighter. Total time spent cleaning was 45 min max for a large couch, oversized recliner, and 8x10 rug. Given that I have to go back over it to get the parts that were missed, I would not recommend or use again (we’ve previously used zerorez a few times).

Reminder call, technician called when on route. Arrived on time, went above & beyond to clean rug and furniture to our satisfaction. Courteous and professional.
Where to begin? The team that took care of cleaning my air ducts, dryer vent, and air handler, were very professional, but also very willing to answer every question I had. They were so respectful and made every endeavor to make sure the experience was excellent, and it was. I know my review is anecdotal, but based on my experience, I highly recommend them!

MY COUCH LOOKS WORSE THEN BEFORE
Had to clean my sofa myself with fabric cleaner after it was cleaned by you. I told the guy about the stains. He said that was wear in the fabric. I told him it was less than 2 yrs old. I paid $140 for you to clean it. Then I had to go to the store and buy $5 cleaner and removed all the stains that your machine couldn’t remove. I should’ve just done it myself and not wasted my time and money.
Service techs were on time, professional and NEAT. That's so important when someone comes into your home.
We've used Zerorez many times over the years. We own short-term rentals and have the carpets cleaned after each pet-stay and as needed otherwise. The service persons are well trained, thorough, and polite. The carpets always look and smell great, and dry quickly. I've never been disappointed and have recommended Zerorez to several friends.
