The employee was professional and when I had a concern about an area and would try to clean it better. I like the use of no soap too.
Stanley steamer was unable to get a stain out and y’all came in and took care of it.
Felton was very nice, polite and professional. Not all of our stains came out, but he told us that may be the case.
He consistently tried to "up sell" your services...it became a bit annoying...
