paid an extra $150 to have a walk-in shower cleaned and you cannot tell if anything was done, the tech assured me that it would look great once it dried, it did not.

I had my dryer duct cleaned. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They did thorough job and I am pleased with the result. I have had my carpeting and drapes cleaned and like that they don’t use soap.

Offer rewards and incentives for me referrals. And dang! Why is your replacement UV light bulb $300 when other A/C companies UV replacement bulb is $40-$70 dollars. I kinda feel like I’m being ripped off. I mean times are hard enough as it is. You don’t want to feel taken advantage of. If that doesn’t change you could lose customers.

I really valued the quality of the service performed on the carpets. They look brand new and Brandon was so professional too! He did an amazing job!
Antonio was extremely friendly and had the most positive attitude. He did a wonderful job making our carpet look new again. I hope ZeroRez realizes what a great representative they have for working their company. I will request him for future cleanings.
Your technician was phenomenal. Friendly, accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond in cleaning my dining room and family room upholstery. However, I was expecting that the grout on my tile floors would be a lot cleaner. While the tile cleaning in the kitchen did take care of built up dirt, I expected that the grout in high traffic areas to look better. I usually use a steam mop and vinegar on my floors and can get similar results. I really wanted more heavy duty cleaning to improve the appearance of the grout. As for the carpets, after the cleaning, I was able to remove the stains left behind with white wizard. Overall, the general cleaning was adequate.
Service reps are very polite and customer service oriented. Willing to move furniture. Products don’t leave a residue or smell which is a plus for my dog.

Our certified technician, Anthony Feliciano. was the best !!! His attention to detail far surpassed any previous technicians who have cleaned our rug and tile!!! Our floors have never looked better!!! ALMOST brand new!!!
The guys that came out were great. Very polite and did a great job. But they had to park the truck in the driveway and it leaked oil on our pavers. We had to get that removed.
