Carpet still smells after urnine treatment....2 stains did not come out.

I do like the Zerorez system for cleaning and I believe your solutions are more powerful than other carpet cleaning services, and the carpet isn't left so wet.
For this latest carpet cleaning service I thought my technician Anthony, was great! He was very thorough, and worked with me to address any specific carpet stain issues I had. His attitude was all about helping to provide good service, and caring about his work/workmanship. He was very polite and I felt comfortable having him in our home doing work.
I deal a lot with tradesmen, and service techs, and I will say he is a keeper for my specific Zerorez operation in St. Augustine, he is an asset!! Mrs Nash

Corey was such a nice young man, very professional and knowledgeable about stains and odors. When his prior appointment was done sooner than expected he called and asked if we would like him to come early we happily agreed. We appreciated his courtesy to our home and the suggestions he had regarding our carpet. We will use Zerorez again.

Our AC ducts haven’t been cleaned for a long time. The technician Kendall and his partner Axel were very professional. They hooked up the tubes and cleaned up all my AC ducts. What a transformation after they cleaned it. We are very happy with their good jobs!

Ordinarily, I would give an unconditional endorsement of Zerorez. But this time there was a problem with the job done by your technicians. One was a trainee and the other was a trainer. The trainee did the majority of the work on my carpet. As they were preparing to leave, the carpet was still damp and looked wonderful. The next day, however, when it had thoroughly dried there were numerous brown streaks in my beige carpet in areas where there had been no discoloration before.
I have call and scheduled a re-service. Meanwhile, I have brown streaks.
