The service was on point from the minute I set up the appointment with the office. When Ammon and Joesph came, they were pleasant and eager to do a great job! During the vent duct cleaning, we ran into a alittle hiccup with the air handler, Ammon didn’t hesitate to help with a quick repair and appreciate the extra mile. Vents all look very clean and not sure if it was a mind thing but swear I slept better after the service was performed. Clean up was on point and left a clean smell in our home from the spray (cannot remember the name) they put into our ducts. Thanks, we will be going back for other services. BTW, I never write this long of reviews…..

I had another company do it last year and it was significantly less! Over $500 to clean 2 couches is insane! The other company charged $175 for a couch and a rug and $100 for just the couch. We have vacation rentals and do this twice a year. First time hiring zerorez and was too expensive.
The technician was very nice and did a good job. We like that it doesn't take all day for the carpets to dry and he gave us booties to wear. We would use your service again when needed.
Quick and technicians were very informative
I’m not sure what you could do to improve. I’m just used to my carpets smelling good after they’ve been cleaned. Jake did an awesome job, and very professional and friendly and informative about the company. I love smell goods so that was the only thing I was missing from this first time experience.
