I purchased the pet treatment carpet cleaning and there were very clearly spots that were missed entirely and literally still smelled like pee. I ended up getting those spots cleaned on my own hands and knees

We had a wonderful experience with Jake yesterday. Got us cleaned up and happy. He was knowledgeable and hard working, as we had quite a few things for him to do. He made good suggestions that were helpful.

Eddie really cared about my home and doing a phenomenal job!
I used your tile and grout service and was not impressed. I thought my grout would be much cleaner than what it was before your service. There were a couple spots I took Dawn dish soap to with a toothbrush 2 days after you guys were out and was able to get them cleaner. I thought after it fully dried that it would brighten up and it really didn’t look any different than before your service.
My tile was dry when the tech left however I did see a haze on it in several spots once the sun shined differently on it and had to wipe it clean.
You guys also cleaned my couch and it did turn out well. For $555 plus a $15 tip I think I could have spent my money else where for better results. Feeling disappointed since it wasn’t cheap doing this.
The process was easy, the tech's were very communicative and they did a great job.
