The man that cleaned the carpet did a very nice job. The carpet was old and in bad need of cleaning. It looks very nice and the rooms smell much better. Great job. I would highly recommend.

We noticed two red streaks in the carpet. The cleaner worked on top of the two chip pieces on the carpet that we missed when vacuuming. It’s not his fault that they were missed but there’s no way he didn’t see the red streaks. If he couldn’t get it out, he should’ve said something to us. Other than that, the cleaning service was great. The cleaner was on time and VERY professional!

He goes above and beyond to provide the most satisfactory service and to be sure you are pleased with the finished product. From start to finish service by ZeroRez has been exceptional! I have tried a few other carpet cleaning companies throughout the years and ZeroRez is the best I've encountered. From setting up the appointment, to the information email sent before the service date, to when Jake Poindexter arrived! Jake was great at going over the process, looking at all the areas to be cleaned and educating me on how ZeroRez cleans carpets, upholstery and more. He carefully inspected the area rugs to be sure of the process he used. Jake was professional and personable and an exceptional technician. He did a fabulous job! Our rugs looks fantastic! He even showed me the difference by cleaning two strips of carpet with the 'before' carpet in the middle to illustrate the difference. The rugs and carpet even look better today, after they have fully dried. I have already sent your website to two friends to recommend you. I posted a review on Google earlier today.
