Zerorez made our fifteen-year-old tile and grout look almost new again. The Techs (Eddy and Jaylen) were professional. We were very pleased with the whole process.
The technician was great, however the cleaning did not satisfy me. There were spots that got all cleaned up and then there were spots that didn't. I understand stains and spots that machine could not get to but to leave it as is was not acceptable. I was not home at the time my husband was. I guess for $250 cleaning and a $200 sealant I expected better.
