The pricing. It should not cost more to do all at once then have come back 2 times. The extra rooms price was too high. It would have been significantly cheaper if we had you come back a few days later a second time. Overall, the cleaning was good but your pricing isn’t.

Our technician was not just on time but early, which was great! He called ahead, he was professional, and he explained the process and what he was using. When I showed him an especially bad room, he was able to give me an option to upgrade it and get the stains out. He was not pushy, just gave me pricing up front and then did a fantastic job. My 16 month old son was very curious about the hoses and equipment and it didn't both the technician at all. He was polite and let my son watch what he was doing. Our carpets look so much better now!
First of all, overall I was satisfied with the cleaning. I just wasn't thrilled with the spot cleaning & traffic areas. I have had other types of cleaning done & it seemed they were able to do a better job on the traffic areas & spots. I really liked the technician. He was super nice so this is no reflection upon him.
