I hired Zero Rez to clean my grout and make it look newer. The gentleman cleaning my floors was very professional and cleaned the areas as I told him too. However, the grout does not look any whiter or newer or cleaner at all. Hundreds of dollars later - I will still need to hire someone else to work on the grout, I guess. I could have cleaned the tile floors myself and saved alot of money. But I was under the impression that your service was expert in getting the grout a cleaner. I have before and after photos....no change at all.

No residue so carpets stay clean longer. I also want to note that my Technician, Felton, was awesome! I had ZeroRez clean my carpets for years in San Diego and the first tech was the franchise owner’s son and worked his tail off cleaning my carpets, tile and shower glass. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the results. This last experience with Felton reminded me of that first time. Very personable, listened, took great care to not damage walls, hardwood floors between carpeted bedrooms, AND did an amazing job removing some pet stains in the master bedroom where my senior dog had soiled a large area the night before she passed. Thanks again, Felton!

My couch is same condition ad before you treated, washed one cushion in the washer at home and is night and day compared to your service. Bathroom grout is maybe 50% better. Tech spilled something on bedroom rug and ruined $1,300 rug.
