Cody was the zeorez technician that did the cleaning, he was very professional. Cody explained everything that was going to be done and if I had any more questions about the job that was going to be done.
He showed up right at the start of the window which was awesome. He thoroughly explained what he was going to be using to clean the carpets. He was also super friendly and had a calming demeanor. Would definitely recommend. He also informed me of the other cleaning services the company offers.

Our service provider did an exceptional job, and believe me he had his work cut out for him. Our upstairs carpet has lived for 17 years with multiple dogs, children, and life in general. He was very friendly and extremely professional. The carpet came clean and smelled exceptional after he was complete.

Good job cleaning but you killed my lawn where you spilled some of your chemicals, and you never called me back after my last message complaining.
Joshua was a most exceptional representative of Zerorez and we will most definitely recommend his services to others. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
Zerorez cleaned my mother's entire house. It had not been cleaned in quite a while and is also very old. But I wanted to give it a try anyway just to make her feel better about how the carpet looked. I am so glad I did and also so thankful I used Zerorez. The carpet is so clean now and my mother is so happy with it. Cody was the technician and he was so nice and explained the entire process. I definitely felt like he knew what he was doing. I will request Cody in the future and have already recommended Zerorez and Cody to my aunt. Great job!!!
