Promptness, service was excellent!
Joshua was right on time, called me 30 minutes ahead to say he was on the way, was careful in my home, did not waste any time, and had such a pleasant demeanor. I liked that I could make the appointment online. The upholstered chairs look much brighter and fresh after the cleaning.

Best ever carpet cleaning on Tuesday 5/16, Cody Stephens did an amazing job and I have given his name to neighbor also a Zerorez client, did I say best ever!!!
We had our main bathroom remodeled and there was a lot of residue left on the floor and wall porcelain tile so we had a haze removal done. Cameron and Collin were very thorough and professional and were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job and we are very pleased with the results.
I had my vents cleaned by zerorez. The service provided was excellent. Kendall Schroeder, The technician was professional, informative and explained the procedure thoroughly. I am more than satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them and have referred several of my neighbors to them.

The people! Antonio was phenomenal on Tuesday when he cleaned our tile and sealed the grout.

the end result wasn't to our liking and the service tech seemed to want to get done fast and could have done a better job cleaning. for the cost it wasn't worth it!
