I was very upset to find out after my carpets were cleaned that there is a $100 upcharge for coming to Yulee. I was not told this when I made the appointment or I might have gone somewhere else. Seems tricky and unethical. I do not like surprised like that. Just be honest with your customers. It felt very deceitful
