I used your tile and grout service and was not impressed. I thought my grout would be much cleaner than what it was before your service. There were a couple spots I took Dawn dish soap to with a toothbrush 2 days after you guys were out and was able to get them cleaner. I thought after it fully dried that it would brighten up and it really didn’t look any different than before your service.
My tile was dry when the tech left however I did see a haze on it in several spots once the sun shined differently on it and had to wipe it clean.
You guys also cleaned my couch and it did turn out well. For $555 plus a $15 tip I think I could have spent my money else where for better results. Feeling disappointed since it wasn’t cheap doing this.
The process was easy, the tech's were very communicative and they did a great job.

The two gentleman who came out to conduct our carpet and tile cleaning were prompt, courteous and professional. They reviewed the estimated work area to confirm the area I was looking to have cleaned and kept me in the loop as they made progress through the home. They also ensure that I was satisfied with the work done prior to leaving. This is our second year using them for these services and we look forward to using them again in the future!
