The young man who came to our home was professional, and efficient. The area rugs dried quickly. and we were able to walk on them within hours.
The technician was excellent and friendly! I believe he was simply handicapped by the supplies provided by the company to do the job. I have always used the services of a friend and independent cleaner. He had several "magic" liquids and powders that would make our carpet look like new every time! Sadly, he retired. After the Zerorez cleaning, our two year old carpet looked about the same as it did before cleaning. I'm sure that it's cleaner, or at least well rinsed, but it certainly doesn't look any better. The same with the sofa and chairs we had cleaned. These items felt much better, but only looked slightly cleaner. I also don't think that the back side of these items were cleaned, only the seating surfaces. This is based on the seating surfaces feeling damp after cleaning, but the backs felt dry. I'll be looking for a new independent cleaner. It would probably help a lot if Zerorez provided their technicians with effective solutions to successfully do their job.
I was impressed with the advanced technology used- powerful vacuum with baghouse filters. However, the wireless camera did not work. The technicians were very professional and friendly. I think that the service is a good value.

The carpet cleaning was good although I had to have the traffic areas recleaned. The best part was how nice both of your technicians were. They made the whole experience much nicer.
Doesn't make the carpet hard or crunchy. Does a better job of getting out stains than the competition. No artificial fragrances that irritate the sinuses.
