Cleanliness of equip and professionalism of technician!
Colton was great and was very communicative and thorough in his work. He was the guy that cleaned our area rugs. Give him a 10/10. Front desk told me carpet cleaning is charged by the square foot and gave me the impression they could clean part and not all of area rug. Dog messed on a part but not all of rug. Found out they wouldn’t do that and got charged for entire rug. Not cheap. Would give dispatcher a 6/10. I would use them again but would ask for a more clear quote before work is done.

The crew from Zerorez that serviced our 99-year-old house was professional, thorough and efficient. They told us what they were going to do, they did it, and last, they explained what they had done. They answered our questions, making sure that we were completely comfortable with the process they used.

ZEROREZ service agent was on time to the minute...called before coming out. Very professional, worked quickly, did excellent work, carpet and couch now clean!!! He was very polite and respectful, explained everything about "problem" spots which he was able to remove.

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets at least a dozen times. They have always looked GREAT after the cleaning.
This time, it doesn't look like they were cleaned at all. It looks like they only used water with no cleaning agent.
We told the cleaner that they didn't look very good, but he said this was the best that could be done.

The Service person you sent was great do not punish him. But the furniture that was cleaned does not look any different. I spent over 300 dollars for my sofa, chair, and especially the love seat do not look and different.
Consistency and professionalism
I love that you don't use harsh chemicals. I have had my carpets done several times over the years and my tile and grout done once. Always informative courteous friendly and helpful. Explaining every step as to what they're doing and what I can expect.
