We used Zerorez for the first time and was impressed with their work. They arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. Jake and Jim worked hard and explained what they were doing. They cleaned up after they were through and asked if they could do anything else to help us.
I will use them again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Great service, prompt and efficiency
the services of upholstrey and carpet cleaning where provided with professionalism and care. The techinician called prior to arrival and was on time. He hustled to set up equipment to reach our 3rd floor apartment. There was only a $25 extra fee for reaching the 3rd floor with only steps to use to access the apartment. After set up he set out to throughly clean the sofa that was caked with dirt from all the moving and all the children using it to eat on. He took extra care. I was amazed at the thoroughness and care to get out each stain. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned as well. The technician even called to ask about the bleach spilled on our carpet as to the options we had since we would be moving out of the apartment. The technician was professional, caring and thorough. I highly recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family all who are seeking a company that cares.
I am not sure what the tech did differently than other techs, but my carpets have never looked better! He even took the time to test spots for urine to validate what rooms needed the pet treatment and even added a room!. I was very happy with the service!

We have used company for grout cleaning and carpet cleaning two different techs and both were so professional and thorough. If every company operated like this one the world would be a better place!!!
Kendall and Axle did a fantastic job. Kendall reviewed how the process of air vent cleaning worked. He demonstrated what his tools did and how they removed dust and debris. I saw value in the blower blade cleaning after he showed me the build up. He also explained the value behind the permanent custom air filter. They both made sure to clean up and vacuum the small mess that was made from cleaning each vent.
I would give them both 10/10 score!
Zeroez makes my old carpet look new again
Expensive for the service and some areas left untouched and others were unable to be treated at all due to ineffective treatment solutions.
