I love that the cleaning product used is safe, do not have a strong odor, and are safe for people and pets.
We had our countertops sealed and are very satisfied with that. We had the floors grouting cleaned and are somewhat satisfied with that, but I thought that it should’ve come cleaner.
We had our main shower cleaned and you really can’t tell a difference, so we are very unsatisfied with that.
Prior to this, we had our carpets cleaned, and we were very satisfied with that. Maybe we should just stick to having our carpets cleaned from you from now on.
The air duct cleaning was awesome! Aaron and Carter did a great job very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The house has been refreshed.

Not sure if hot steam extraction could of gotten it a little cleaner even though couch was very dirty and worn.

Reliable services
Our carpet is very light and the last time Zerorez cleaned it, it was amazing. Our service person was very profesion and efficient. They best job ever.
I was very disappointed with the cleaning this time. The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes (including setup/rear down) and cleaned 4 rooms. I specifically asked him to pay extra attention to the high traffic areas. They barely looked touched! I can do a better job using my Bissell carpet cleaner!! We usually have you come out once a year or so, and I clean in between myself.
This was a complete waste of money. $200+ down the drain.
Frankly our carpet is still dirty in all the traffic patterns. Not so happy this time.
