Your representative was outstanding...
Eddie was very professional cleaning our couches. Upon entering our home, he placed booties on his shoes and explained the process. When he was finished, our couches looked brand new. They will be picking my 9 x 12 wool rug on Tuesday, to clean. Yes, I will have Eddie come again.
Service was great
I have used this company several times in the past year for a variety of services. Their technicians have always been on time, professional and friendly. They answer any questions I may have and they all represent their company very well. Contacting the company, speaking with their office personnel has always been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone thinking about having their carpets, furniture or air ducts cleaned.

Prior owners had a dog. We upgraded to get pet odor eliminated. Unfortunately our kitten can smell scent and poops in the area. Trying to treat and eliminate ourselves. $400 was a bit much for 3 rooms in my opinion. Otherwise service tech friendly.

Sticky residue left on sofa. Could barely tell a difference after cleaning, our chair actually looked worse than it did prior. Huge waste of $200
I was prepared to replace the carpet but did not have to. Will recommend to anyone needing carpet or tile cleaned. Great job
My tech, Felton Respess, was amazing. I will be requesting him on my next cleaning. He took the time to explain the different services and we ended up extremely satisfied with his quality of work. Will highly recommend him to friends!

Called to get rug cleaned. Gave me a price over the phone and could come the next day and clean it.
Guy came out and tried to up sell me on getting a different kind of rug cleaning that was going to cost more money but results would be much better. But did not say how long it would take until I had already said yes and he was preparing the invoice. Company came back later that day to pick up rug. Then I was told it could take up to 3 weeks to clean. And I had to pay in full upon pickup. I won’t use this company again.
