I don’t think you really care why I gave a 7. Not the quality I was hoping for for this price point. For the cost there is no excuse for all grout near the wall to not be touched. Perpendicular lines and horizontal grout not done as the technician said he can’t get that close. So 2 inches off the wall no cleaning? There should be a disclaimer that the entire house would be like this. He also did not move the lightest furniture without me standing over him. Unfortunately I was upstairs so the downstairs had many areas he just skipped right over downstairs. I would have been happy to move the light entry way table and the couch (very small couch I can slide with my knee). I’m glad I at least caught the small wheeling wine cooler. It took a small push to the side so the scrubber could fit. Attention to detail and care when the homeowner is talking. He was very friendly but talked right thru me and did not acknowledge any of my concerns. I went to the store and bought cleaner, grout brush, and magic erasers to do it my self.

The cleaning is thorough and technicians are professional and friendly.

I am very pleased with the courtesy, efficiency, and great results. I was very pleased with how the almost original color of my grout was restored to make the color of the grout was uniform throughout the entire house. I had put off having this done due to the fact that last time I had my tile and grout cleaned I didn't see a great change. Tnis time was a definite improvement, and I will not have my tile and grout cleaned and resealed on a regular basis.

I love the communication between the technicians and the customer! They do a fabulous job keeping our carpets clean without drenching them in water! Zerorez is our very favorite carpet cleaning company! So much so that we’ve entrusted our nice oriental carpet - for the second time!

Really made a difference in our carpets. They took extra care to not mess up my house by wearing booties, protecting the corners of walls and furniture and mopping up any water on the tile floors. They started working as soon as they entered the house and worked efficiently as a team (Jacob and Anthony) so no time was wasted. I was also impressed with how nice they all were. We would recommend ZeroRez to everyone.

I got my couch, carpet, and tile grout cleaned and it all looks brand new again! The best part is no toxic smells either!

Excellent service, pleasant technician, didn’t try to to up sell, cleaned a sectional, 2 seated couch and 3 area rugs and the rug around the master bed at a reasonable price. Finished in 2 hours and it looks clean. Highly recommend

Zerorez Jacksonville is consistent! On time, quality technicians, respectful of your property and time. Always offer periodic specials for value minded customers. My preferred vendor for carpet and upholstery cleaning requirements.

We had an issue with being misinformed by our initial technician regarding a rug cleaning service. We were told a rug cleaning would guarantee elimination of urine scent form the rug, so we often to add in this service. A day or so later, the smell was actually worse. After bringing the issue up, we were told the service we received was not a proper cleaning for an area rug. To effectively clean the area rug, we were told we could pay an additional fee for proper cleaning to achieve the guarantee that the initial technical gave us. We were also told we would not be refunded for the price in which we initially paid to get the rug cleaned even though the technician essentially provided a false guarantee and did not deliver. The second technician that came in did a great job, was well informed, and honest. The service representative over the phone was also friendly and helpful with my questions upon scheduling the service. Unfortunately, due to the misinformation from the initial technician and the unwillingness to provide a refund, I would likely not recommend nor would I return for future services.

It seemed that our job was rushed. For instance, we had a water leak upstairs and there was a definite line in the carpet where the water came to. It was not pre treated with anything and line still there.I set the appointment up a month in advance. They didn't finish on the first day and told me their boss said they couldn't come back the next day to finish. I had to awit3 days for them to come back and finish.
Bad business practice.
