Very happy with the whole process and would recommend. Aaron & Alex were both very professional and nice. They thoroughly explained and showed everything to me. They did a less than stellar job with cleanup overall. While they vaccumed the mess from the supply vents, they missed cleaning the front 2 rooms. Then, they left 2 compressor hoses and a large knife in my son's room. I would/will use them again, but improvements can certainly be made.

The carpet was not cleaned and the extra money I paid for the tile to be cleaned was totally unsatisfactory…the tile and grout was terrible…the reason we chose you all was because we thought you all were the best… shame on us for believing. Far as the young man who did the job he was nice.

The technician should have draped the entire adjacent area to the 2 items being cleaned.
The cleaning solution was sprayed all over the adjacent wooden/glass tables and floor.
NOT happy about that!!!
