Eddie did an excellent job. I have used Zerorez for rugs, tile floors, upholstery, and air duct cleaning. They have always been prompt, professional, and exceed expectations.

First the guy that came was very nice and did a good job
However , my advice is when you have a large job like my house with full upstairs carpet cleaning and downstairs tile and area rug and upstairs bathrooms- you should send 2 people because it’s hard to do a very detailed thorough cleaning with one guy.
After he left I noticed in the corners and edges of my kitchen island were missed - I decided to invest a good amount of
Money with Zero Rez to get a very detailed cleaning -
Also last year the woman (owner I believe ) told me if furniture needed to be moved I needed to be there to help which was fine- but this time the worker said he couldn’t move the furniture-
This made him clean around the couch and around the kitchen table - last year the whole floor was cleaned because we simply moved it - 2 people is not an issue-
In summary one person is not enough for a larger job like this - I wrote a nice Google review because your guy is nice and did a good job and I believe ZeroRez is a good company- but he was out in a bad position by having to do this job alone - bottom line , now that I have evaluated the work, I am not as happy as last time .

Very fast and efficient service. Colton did an amazing job with our carpet cleaning. We had low expectations, not because we had any doubt in the service, but because the carpet is in an older manufactured home and looked so gross. Colton did an awesome job! He suggested we go for the pet package, because we didn’t know if the previous tenants had pets. The before and after was like night and day! This makes us feel so much more comfortable as we start moving into our new (old) place.
