Felton did a very thorough job on our couches and chair and he explained everything he was doing so there was no question. He was respectful of our home and our dogs and was just an overall nice person. We will use ZeroRez, and ask for Felton in the future.
He was very personable and kind. You could tell he was really trying to help and look out for our needs.

We received excellent service from our technician on Tuesday. He was thorough & made sure the baseboards were protected. He wiped down the wood floors after to make sure they weren’t wet. We appreciate his service & care and the excellent results from the cleaning.

The technician who has cleaned my carpets each time has been a very hard worker and has done an outstanding job. No matter how good the products are it is the man behind the equipment who makes it all work. I also appreciate that when I have called for an appointment I was able to book one within a couple of days. Zerorez has gotten stains out that other companies say nothing will remove them. I LOVE Zerorez!!!

I love that the cleaning product used is safe, do not have a strong odor, and are safe for people and pets.
We had our countertops sealed and are very satisfied with that. We had the floors grouting cleaned and are somewhat satisfied with that, but I thought that it should’ve come cleaner.
We had our main shower cleaned and you really can’t tell a difference, so we are very unsatisfied with that.
Prior to this, we had our carpets cleaned, and we were very satisfied with that. Maybe we should just stick to having our carpets cleaned from you from now on.
The air duct cleaning was awesome! Aaron and Carter did a great job very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The house has been refreshed.
