Please be careful about placing cleaning equipment outdoors by shrubs. We had an azalea bush suffer and turn brown on its lower limbs.
We had our couch cleaned in 2022 and 2023. The technician we had in 2022 was outstanding. The 2023 technician was okay. He scuffed our kitchen cabinets and wore his shoes on our carpet without shoe covers. He was overall much sloppier.
The serviceman was polite, helpful and quick to make suggestions. I appreciated the great care that he took to protect my furniture and walls from moisture as well as the time he took to ensure that everything came clean.

Easy to schedule and great technician
You do a good job cleaning. The men who clean are always courteous and make good suggestions about my various issues. They are careful so as not to scratch or mar my walls and furniture. I always feel great about the job that is done.
The service was prompt and professional. They took the time to look at a few "stains" that we did not know the origin of. The carpet looks great after the cleaning and we will certainly use Zerorez again.

ZeroRez is a great company...I have used them for several years and always do a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. We had a wonderful experience and our technician was very professional, suggested a few products without being pushy and cleaned up all areas before he left. I expected a greater effort made to clean my chairs than was provided. Applying a mere spray solution to the chair material was not sufficient to move the stains. I did not consider the approach made to the cleaning effort offered by Zerorez to be in any way effective as a "cleaning" method. I could have sprayed the chairs myself and gotten the same result, but thought that I was calling a chair cleaning company that would provide a suitable method for the job needed. But a mere spray bottle approach was not good value for the money spent.
Gabe was very personable and very thorough in his job. The finished product was absolutely gorgeous and I’ll have him back out again.
