Our technician (I believe his name was kyron) was punctual courteous through and and fast. It was such a great experience having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez!

Great fast cleaning of my carpets.
Once the carpet dried I can see the spots not been clean. The kitchen tile was cleaned but according to the service guy who charged me extra for a sealing treatment on both the tile and the carpet wasn’t done .
I think he was busy talking too much .

The fabric protector is not doing the job. I tried sprinkling drops of water next day. The were partially absorbed. I expect more for the price I paid.

We had Zerorez come out and do our tile/grout and carpeting. Could not be more pleased!. Felton was the technician that cleaned our tile/grout on Friday. He did fantastic work, was knowledgeable and great representative of the company! Colton cleaned our carpeting on Tuesday. He listen to my areas of concern and did a fantastic job! The carpet has never looked so good! He was knowledgeable and courteous! He is a great representative of your company as well!!
