They were great. My technician called about 30 min prior to arrival. I had our microfiber sectional cleaned and protection applied. Our couch was at the point I was considering buying a new one (kids and dogs) but after a friend recommended zerorez. My couch now looks and smells brand new again. Recommend 100%

Felton did a very thorough job on our couches and chair and he explained everything he was doing so there was no question. He was respectful of our home and our dogs and was just an overall nice person. We will use ZeroRez, and ask for Felton in the future.

The technician who has cleaned my carpets each time has been a very hard worker and has done an outstanding job. No matter how good the products are it is the man behind the equipment who makes it all work. I also appreciate that when I have called for an appointment I was able to book one within a couple of days. Zerorez has gotten stains out that other companies say nothing will remove them. I LOVE Zerorez!!!
