I would have like to have seen more input into the carpet cleaning. I like having the stone/tile/grout cleaned but the machine doesn’t take corners at all. I had to go back and clean out all of the corners.

The cleanup after taking down vents and going into attic was well below sub par. I spent over an hour today vacuuming stuff out of my closets from my attic. The debris from the attic crawl spaced landed all over my clothes in both of my closets. Also under a few of the vents there was debris from vents that was not cleaned up, in specific one area right next to my bed and even had debris in my bed. I was impressed other than this issue. Im sure if they would have taken time and realized that the debris had landed all over my clothes and bed that they would have cleaned it up, because both gentlemen seemed first class.

I have been using this company for years for my home and business. in over 5 years I only had 1 call back with over 25 transaction. This company has preformed miracles on carpets that I thought was finished. This last cleaning that was performed did not look that great. So I asked them to come back. The technician that came out the second time called me and asked me what I was expecting like I was the one with the problem. When I came to view the home it looked the same. This was the company with the best technician with the best attitude. I no longer hold this company as one of the best in the business in the Jacksonville area. Sincerely Name removed III
