Morgan, our technician, came in with a smile and left with a smile. He made suggestions about cleaning and sealing my tile in the kitchen, dining, and laundry rooms, plus master bath. I had just had a professional cleaning company come in and clean my floors. However, Morgan made all my floors look shiny new! I can now see the colored grout! He showed me some before and after pictures, and it is amazing! I have always used Zerorez for carpet cleaning, but Morgan showed me that they can make a difference on tile floors too! Thank you Morgan and Zerorez!
Felton was very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and called ahead. All the carpets were cleaned and dog spots were removed!

I have consistently had good results using Zerorez to clean my carpets. Their technicians have been friendly, but professional, and have offered information on additional services available (without being pushy about purchasing those services). Zerorez has gotten out pet and food stains that were left behind by previous cleaning services.
