Excellent services at a reasonable price, they came in and were done in less then an hour. My daughter remarked how clean the stairs were afterwards, 100 percent would recommend.

What could we do to improve?

PRICE ON 1,000 SQ. FEET AT 750.00 IS WAY TOO HIGH. SO NO WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN...WOOD FLOORS TO CLEAN ARE NOT THAT MUCH.

Jake's customer service exceeded our expectations in every way. He went above and beyond to complete the job with courtesy, lovely manners, professionalism and thoroughness. We will definitely be using ZeroRez again and we will ask for this gentleman again !
