Zerorez was great!!! Eddie Chapman did a fantastic job. Our carpets were dry in two hours and are so much brighter!!! Worth every penny and the price was actually less than I expected.

Your employee did a truly great job on our chairs but our rug is a total mess. We were the last appointment of his day and all of a sudden every thing shut off as his dirty water tank was full
I fear that dirty water regurgitated onto our carpet as it is just a mess. It is dirty where it was never dirty before
We’ve have a great experience with Zerorez for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. They have excellent customer service. I also really appreciated that the carpet did not have any sort of fragrance or chemical smell after being cleaned.

I have used Zerorez over the past two years and have been extremely satisfied. I did call two other companies and tried their services, but Zerorez gave me better results with carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Their representatives that they send to your home are extremely professional both in appearance and how they do their jobs.

Staff is very professional and always does a great job
Easy to set up the appointment, the technician called before the appointment to ask permission to come early, there was a strong focus on doing the job right and taking care of the house when the hoses were inside, very friendly technician, and good results. When there was a spot in one of our kids' carpets that wouldn't come out the technician didn't ignore it or shy away from it, but rather explained what he had tried and why it was likely to not come out based on the source of the stain. We certainly understood that and appreciated the honest approach that builds long-term trust in your organization rather than finding it later and wondering why it had possibly been missed. Great job by Mr. Lewis!
Gosh, I received a survey and thought i filled this out already. I loved that everything was explained and what was recommended. I would have been charged for something that I did not need if not for explaining everything that was used. Would highly recommend Zerorez Jacksonville and will definitely be using them again.

Carpets are cleaned and there is no residue.
They have cleaned our tile floors and oriental area rugs very competently several times.
The shower and bathroom floor was not completely cleaned. The corners on the bathroom floor was not cleaned and the shower after the first couple days was not completely clean. The day of the service it seemed fine and the spots on the carpet showed again after a couple days. Also, there were two scrape marks on the wall in the bath and one area it was marked was an area that there was no cleaning. We have had your service in the past and was fine but unfortunately this last time we were disappointed. When we looked at the areas after the cleaning it was fine but a day later we saw these areas mentioned above that were not satisfactory. This is to inform you of our experience which ended not to our satisfaction.
