We noticed two red streaks in the carpet. The cleaner worked on top of the two chip pieces on the carpet that we missed when vacuuming. It’s not his fault that they were missed but there’s no way he didn’t see the red streaks. If he couldn’t get it out, he should’ve said something to us. Other than that, the cleaning service was great. The cleaner was on time and VERY professional!

The service is incredible. So easy to schedule appts, staff is very knowledgeable and professional, the process used leaves my carpets and rugs smelling wonderful but doesn't leave any chemicals behind. I will continue to use them and recommended them for all of my professional cleaning needs.

Just want to say this young man, Jake Poindexter, is one of the most accommodating and polite people I have ever met! He goes above and beyond to provide the most satisfactory service and to be sure you are pleased with the finished product. He really represents Zerorez in the best was possible and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Great work ethics and I'm sure his parents are very proud of him!
