Great results, fair price, wonderful employees

Scheduling is great. Technician was awesome. Carpet looked amazing when wet but all spots showed up when dry. Not sure what is considered a realistic expectation. My dog had an accident both pee and poop. The poop was dark and runny and many spots and 1 pee location. The accident was only about 12 hours old. All stains were lighter but definitely visible after drying the next morning. I tried to work on each of them on my own today. This carpet is only 2 years old and was just cleaned by Zerorez which should have included a protection guard application but we think this room may have been forgotten at the time. Wondering if that would of helped.

Scheduling was easy, Jake Poindexter came out and he was awesome, called to let me know when I could expect him, took the time to explain what would be done and verified the estimate. He got right to work and was done in the time he advised me. He was friendly and professional.

The technician was a very hard worker and had a great attitude. Exactly the kind of person you would want to work in your house.
He did at fine job. It looked even better after the carpet dried.
He worked diligently to remove a stain that was under a chair mat. After the carpet dried the stain was hardly noticeable.
I should have showed more appreciation for a job well done.

Cameron did an excellent job cleaning our loveseat and oversized chair and four rooms of off white carpeting ! This was our first time using Zerorez . We had used another company in the past but they let us down drastically last time.
