He was very professional, diligent in explaining the service, options available, and answering all my questions. I ended up opting for additional services, which Mr. Mackenzie performed flawlessly. I didn’t have high expectations. Our carpet is older and the sectional is too. I couldn’t believe it when I got home and saw the difference! The carpet AND the sectional look new! The technician, Jacob, was a great communicator, friendly and did a thorough job. We will definitely use them again.

Zerorez is by far the superior carpet and tile cleaning company in Jacksonville. I have used them several times over the last 4 years. Their process leaves your carpet fresh and clean and your tile sparkling! Each technician has been extremely professional and friendly. The technician we had yesterday, Jake Poindexter is heads above all the rest. He was friendly and very helpful. Stated several times that he would not leave until I was satisfied and he meant it! He went above and beyond in every thing he did. He even treated my furniture like it belonged to his Mother. He was very knowledgeable about carpet and tile and stated he loved working for zerorez! He shared that he had moved from New York to Jacksonville 6 months ago. Kudos to whomever had the foresight to hire this young man. He is certainly a huge asset to Zerorez.!!!!!!
