The professionalism of your staff (Eddie was the bomb diggity!). His attention to work and detail was appreciated and professional. Issues were explained to me prior so I was not surprised. Carpet and tile smelled and looked fantastic. Not only will I use them again but I would recommend them again

Kendall did a fantastic job with our carpets. They just look and feel so clean. Kendall was a wonderfully professional representative of the company. He arrived exactly when we were told to expect him and did a great job of explaining the process as well as other services that were available. He worked extra hard on our steps and they look better than they have in years. We will definitely be using Zerorez for future carpet cleaning as well as the many other cleaning services they offer.
There was great communication, the tech was professional and very easy to work, Russell has done great job cleaning the carpet and tiles.

The process of cleaning and finishing was thorough and timely for us.
The gentleman was unhappy. to be here at the second time. Both times he cleaned, he did the job quickly. The second time he did not vacuum before he cleaned. The carpets look fine I just wasn’t pleased with the amount of care he took.
Technicians are very good at their job, polite and work hard. Joshua is a great asset to your company.

I wasn't home but my wife said that the representative explained everything that he was doing. He was good with our dog and very polite. He also was outside for a long time getting ready to collect our payment and he came back in and said that one of our elderly neighbors had fallen and he went over to help them. He took their groceries in there home and made sure they were alright. This person is such an excellent representative of what you would like to be the face of Zerorez.
GREAT service again as always
The worker missed his first scheduled appointment stating knowone was home when he could not find the apt. number which is right on the front of the building. The second scheduled appt. the worker did not clean all of the rooms which had already been paid to complete.
