This is our second time using ZeroRez. We had another great experience yesterday when the tech, Jake, came to do some carpet cleaning, area rug cleaning, and tile cleaning. He did a great job! He was polite, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. We will definitely use ya’ll again! Thank you.

Ramiro Janez and his technician did an excellent job cleaning the ductwork in my daughter's home. They were very thorough. I was presently suprised when they came back in after they cleaned the ductwork to vacuum around the return air vents.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone who needs to have their heating/AC units and ductwork cleaned.

Your technician was polite and friendly, but he missed 2 small areas totally. It was in my bedroom on either side of the recliner. I'm sure that the machine would not fit, but surely you have a smaller one that would. I had to clean the areas myself which was very difficult for me since I use a cane to walk and I don't have much strength. I didn't want the employee to experience any problem over it, so I was reluctant to say anything. Other than that situation I have always been pleased with your service.
