Techs did put on boot covers but then walk outside in the mud and brought back in to the house
ZeroRez always does a great job, they are punctual and the service techs are very polite and personable.
Every year we have Zerorez clean our area rugs & furniture. They also do a great job cleaning tile & grout. Jake was efficient, friendly & courteous.

The person who cleaned my carpets/runners/tile was awesome. His attitude was excellent. I had a feeling he was cleaning his own home!!
I spent $400 and that is with my military discount and my floors do not look that great and a piece of my grout came up and the technician didn’t even say anything. I am in the process of selling my house so thank goodness I saw the piece of grout and pointed it out to the technician. I had to go to Home Depot that night to get grout because I had showings in the morning. My realtor is the one that recommended you to me, but I will say that I am not impressed.
