I had heard about Zerorez on the radio so I wanted to try them. I was disappointed with the last carpet cleaner because of the soap residue left on the carpet. Which attracts new dirt. I made the appointment and their tech Eric showed up on time. After explaining the finer points of stain removal he got to work, taking time to go over the carpets in a through manner so no spots were missed. After the carpet dried it was so nice not to feel soap residue. So a job well done. Very pleased with their professionalism and prompt service. I appreciated the care he took making sure I didn’t slip by placing a rag on the floor where it went from rug surface to tile. His overall cleaning of the rug surface was done thoroughly I liked that especially since I vacuumed the carpet 3 times to get it ready

2nd time I’ve used. Once for carpet for sale of rental and this time for my own furniture. Both times all was wonderful and professional and job great too. Also fair prices which is always good. Staff always respectful during prelim communication and then on the job. Always calls ahead of time so give heads up on arrival. U obviously know how to rub a good business and hire quality professional folks. This time I didn’t plan and move my car and had to leave for a Dr appt. Poor guy had to move truck and disconnect and reconnect and didn’t even act put out. Was so nice and kind and trusted in my house when I had to leave. That’s HUGE!! Thanx guys!!

Lou was prompt, thorough, did an amazing job by hand on our leather loveseat and chair. We were actually considering throwing the chair away because we couldn't get it clean after our pup took it over as her own. Looks beautiful. The grout cleaning pleased my extremely critical husband. Lou advised twice a year cleaning of the leather and how to maintain in between. He was excellent. Will use your services again for sure.

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez and I'll continue to do so for my home and business. They called and showed up as scheduled. The tech was very polite and did not try to hard sell any other services. He advised of available serves and selected what we felt was needed.
