Kendall was excellent. he arrived on time and called before coming. He was thorough and efficient. He offered suggestions on maintenance and also discussed with me where some of the grout was stained and could not be fully restored. But it was definitely improved from his hard work.

Professional, personable and arrived at the given time. Carpet and tile looked great! All around a very good experience.

The quote over the phone was extremely lower than the quote in person - by about $600 less. While I was not able to afford what I needed done, the technician was courteous in working with what I could get done that day. He did not get the tile behind the door and didn't include the pantry (part of the kitchen); had he done the pantry, he would've seen the standing water from the pretreatment.

I will save up my money and take more time off work for the remaining surfaces as they are not carpeted.

I don’t know if it’s that our carpet is really bad or that the cleaning wasn’t good enough but we still have areas in the carpet that still are soiled or stained. I was hoping that all of it would be removed but this was the first time hiring a carpet cleaner so I didn’t know what to expect. I did notice the carpet is cleaner though.

I do need to mention that the technician that came out was great and explained everything.

I like that you're a "one-stop-shop" for all things clean. I can get my tile, carpet, area rugs, and upholstery cleaned in one appointment.

I was able to get a quick appointment and everybody was very polite. While the process can take a little while, the result is worth it. The technician was willing to answer all of my questions and encouraged me to look everything over before they left.

Great service!

While I didn’t expect my grout to look new, I did expect a noticeable improvement. In many spots, it looks worse. Like the water being used, or the mop was dirty. I’ll email some pictures of the work. The tile looks good, the grout, not so much.

The technician was the best. He explained everything to me and got right to work. He told me how long it would take and got it done quicker than expected. The carpets look great! Will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
