The young man that came and cleaned our carpets was very nice, and knew what he was doing!
Explained all charges, answered questions, looked over areas to be cleaned and said if spots likely to come out, end result as stated, got out 11-year-old cola stain, carpet looks like new.
The service person explained the proceedure very well. The carpet looks clean with no residue.
