Of course, the fact that you're not leaving a residue in the carpet is what drew us to you. I appreciated that you sent someone right away to do an estimate and the flexibility in dates you were able to give us. It worked quite well to have the office carpets cleaned on a Saturday. I also appreciated the phone calls to let us know the approximate time you would be here and the follow-up call the day of the cleaning to let me know he was on the way.
