We had some really pet stained carpets and I really appreciated their honesty. We ended up deciding to replace the carpet in that room but got our stairs cleaned with them that day. Best job we have ever had done on our carpets with no residue left and a nice clean citrus smell. Just loved it - dried quicker than we have had done with the companies that use chemicals and didn't have that sticky feeling like when we have had our carpets cleaned before. Going to set up getting our living room/hallway cleaned with them in a few weeks. Employees were great - would recommend this company highly. Used them because our neighbors raved about them and we now know why.

It did a great job on a very old (but good) carpet. Your rep was extremely consiencious about checking for stains before, during, and after the cleaning. He was very pleasant, worked quickly, and did a great job. The product does a good job, very pleasant fresh scent, and carpet is cleaner than has been for a long time. Price was very competitive. We will definitely have Zeroez back to clean the rest of the carpets after we move furniture back into place. Thank you very much.

Carpets looked amazing and soft. Looked like they were new when cleaned by Zerorez. Will only use Zerorez to clean our carpets again once needed in the future.

I liked the application of the orange spray instead of soap. It smelt great and the carpet was not stiff after it dried. The gentleman was helpful in answering our questions and completed the job in no time.

The technician was friendly and knowledgable. He worked quickly and provided answers to all of my questions. The only thing I would recommend would be that pads be put under the feet of the furniture when placed on wet carpet.
