"Little Mike" (our cleaner) was GREAT. We have a downtown condo on the 4th floor (!), which is a challenge for any carpet cleaner, but Mike creatively figured out how to make it happen. The carpets look so much better. Great job!

What do you like about our products and services?

We have used Zerorez three times now. Once for our home and twice for rental properties we own. Zerorez has been able to really clean up traffic areas on the rental property carpets. We would not use anyone other than Zerorez.

He called to say he was running ahead, so he came earlier than expected so that was great and he was quick and friendly. I liked the fresh scent. I was amazed at how quickly it was done and quietly.

The speed with which the service is performed is second to none. After seeing zerorez deliver stellar results in not one, but TWO rental homes where both occupants had multiple pets, I can say with absolute certainty that I will recommend your service at every opportunity. The fact that I can get a great clean carpet at no risk of chemical exposure for my own pets is also a big plus.

There was an immediate difference in the color of the carpet as the cleaning was being done. The fibers of the carpet were soft after the cleaning was done.

The attention to appointment time; the information that the technician provided; so far, after 24 hrs., the condition of my carpet. It almost glistens and is quite soft. Compared to other cleanings, I feel that it is truly "clean".

The carpet looked wonderful when I walked into the house....just like a new carpet. But most of all, they did my loveseat and my sofa, and one of the arms on each piece of furniture was soiled, mainly with normal wear and tear and nautural oils from one's hands. Both pieces of furniture look like new!

The tech was honest and very courteous and respectul and knew what he was talking about.

I would recommend Zeroez to any of my friends!
