Answering all my questions to my satisfaction, on time with service, respected my home, provided cleaning in an efficient and timely manner, dry time was shorter due to the Zerorez process. On time; very polite & professional. A bit expensive but worth the extra cost considering the thoroughness of the technician and the service. No 'chemical-ish' oder - seemed to put life back into the carpets; better end result than the typical carpet cleaning services. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
