Pet stains are gone!
Friendly service from the gentleman that came to my house to do the cleaning. There was no chemical smell and I didn't have to lock up my cats all day long. The end product was better than I expected and he gave me some tips on a stain that couldn't be removed on how I could lighten it.

He paid very close attention to detail, answered all my questions ahead of time, explained the areas where there might be trouble, and then cleaned the carpets quickly and thoroughly. Also loving the clean citrus smell! Will be using Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned.

The gentleman that came out was nice and super fast! I liked the service and the bottle of cleaner he left. The one spot I had did not come out completely but maybe with the cleaner he left I can get it out. I was not impressed with your telephone customer service and I don't feel as though I am deserving of the home and garden show tickets as promised on your advertisement because of the conversation with the man on the phone. Other then that I enjoyed the service and the rep that did the work was great!
The person that did my carpets was very good at his job. He made sure that the stains were treated well,some of them I have tried to get out but Zerorez and his dilligence got stains out I thought would never come out. The whole carpet almost sparkled

I am very pleased with the job Matt did cleaning my carpets this past Saturday. He is a very nice young man and is very professional. He was organized and efficient. I feel that the carpets are very fresh and clean and I liked how quickly they dried. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again!
