The carpet you cleaned was old and very pet stained. After you were done it looked so much better. I knew you would not be able to get everything out but you got a majority of the stains out. You service tech was very professional and explained everything. I will definitely use your services again and would highly recommend you. Hope the stains don't reappear. They have not to date.

My carpet turned out great! I loved the orange smell. The price was great too. I didn't like the fact you only come to the Southeast side of town on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Which means I have to take a day off from work to have my carpet cleaned.

1st time the carpets were cleaned professionally . Technician was very nice - explained what he was going to do and how long he thought it would take.

I was given a different time then when he got here. I was not able to respond to phone calls made after I left for work as I work at a school. If this had not happened I would have rated it a 10.

Old stains have disappeared! We were thinking of replacing our carpet, but after Zerorez they look too good to replace. Our serviceman was professional, yet friendly and kind.

Service was great....and the gentleman that did the work couldn't have been kinder. Very trustworthy. I do have about 1/2 dozen tiny spots, especially in my bedroom, that did not disappear. Tonight I am taking the spot remover left here to see if I can make them less noticeable. If I can't remove them I will call and see if there is anything further you can do. I live alone, do have grandchildren over from time to time, but these spots in the bedroom should not be impossible to remove. The clean smell left was very nice too. I will recommend Zerorez.

Friendly service and a good special. Was able to remove the stain in the carpet but wcleaning.as disappointed with the doorway cleaning. Looked like it didnt have good suction there.
